News & Announcements
The Rotary Club of Cedar Park - Leander planted a peace pole at YMCA Camp Twin Lakes. A Peace Pole is an international symbol of Peace. Peace Poles display the message “May Peace Prevail on Earth” and usually include the saying in the language of the country where it has been placed, and usually three to seven additional translations. May Peace Prevail On Earth is an inclusive universal message and referred to as an affirmation of peace. Peace Poles are intended to inspire unity among people of all cultures, ethnicities, and backgrounds.

Planting a Peace Pole creates an inspirational physical monument of our international peace mission. Peace Poles demonstrate the power of collective peace action, community engagement, and our global peacebuilding network.
The Rotary Club of Cedar Park - Leander joined forces with Feed My Starving Children to pack food for children globally affected by hunger. Collaboratively, we packed 390 boxes, contributing to the betterment of our world🌎!!
